![]() ![]() Once you are on the firmware page you will have all the previous versions for your TV, if you are sure that this is the correct one for your TV based on the reference then download the zip file.In my case this was 2021 Ultra HDTV_ Nanocell_ Latest Software_UP75_82_83_NANO75_77_83KPA_LM21A_Ver.03.21.30 for the 43NANO75KPA model which is one of the reference models and the latest Firmware I found I could use.One of these will match the ones listed in the reference for your firmware. In this example, it would be Ultra HD and then you type "43" in the search to find a model on the page in the list. You can then search for the TV by using the Dropdown menu on the left to select Tv/Projectors and then the type of TV you have on the right.Go to the Korean LG TV Website Driver Support section and then translate to English.All of the models listed can use that firmware and so can your TV so keep a note of these somewhere as you may need them for Step 5.On this page scroll down to the bottom right and click on the reference link under the Software download which will open in a new window and linked here.In this example we are downgrading to 3.21.30 so go to this link for the TV from the UK LG site or wherever you are based.If this doesn't work then follow the steps below to get the correct firmware for your TV.
